Burdett-Coutts & Townshend Foundation CE Primary School is a Church of England Voluntary Aided school serving a diverse and fascinating central London community. Our pupils come from a variety of social, ethnic and economic backgrounds and we place a strong emphasis on working together and mutual understanding.

Current Vacancies

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, approachable, organised individual to join our busy school administration team.

The ideal person will take pride in our school and ensure that the environment is safe, clean, tidy and attractive for children, staff and families. The role will require you to have good common sense, practical skills and experience of using your own initiative.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working in a school or education context
  • Have the ability to work alongside the wider admin team in facilitating orders, school annual works and emergency works
  • Take an active lead in the schools Health and Safety procedures and reporting
  • Work efficiently to deadlines, have excellent communication skills and work as part of a team
  • Be prepared to play a full and active part in the life of the school (including playground supervision as required and school holiday club admin support)

  • Scale: Band 2, Step 7 £42,861 Full time, all year round
  • Hours: 37 hours per week @ 06:30 start with 30 minute lunch break. Holidays will be allocated by mutual agreement.
