2022 Winter Camp @ Burdett-Coutts School
Dear Parents & Carers,
We’re delighted to be hosting Winter Camp 2022 organised by OurCamps from 19th – 22nd December at our school. Founded in the summer of 2021, OurCamps is an organisation committed to providing fun, safe activity camps for children in over 50 schools across London, Surrey, Hampshire and Portsmouth.
OurCamps work in direct partnership with councils and Local Authority partners to make attending camp FREE for free school meal children and affordable for all others. They believe that everyone deserves a great experience during the holidays and their camps are exclusively for pupils at the school where the camp is being held.
This year, they’ll be hosting the Burdett-Coutts Winter Camp 2022 from 19th to 22nd December at 10am until 2pm, daily. Depending on numbers, activities may include gym/dance, arts & crafts, themed days, Warhammer, skateboarding, experiments, physical activity, creative free play and more!
To find out more and to sign up, simply scan the QR code on the flyer below with your phone to go to the School Camps.org website. You will need to create a new account and once you’ve done this, simply search for Burdett-Coutts under ‘Camps’ to make your booking.
The camp is open to pupils aged 5 – 11 years, however Nursery and Reception children/siblings can also attend. The cost per child (including Nursery and Reception) is £20/day + £5 lunch. You can opt to bring a packed lunch instead and not pay the £5/day per child for lunch, but please ensure that their pack lunch contains adequate nourishment to sustain their activities throughout the day.
The camp is free for benefit related FSM families – when booking, simply use the booking code HAFBUR100.
